Our services are provided subject to applicable New York State real estate licensing requirements. All real estate transactions are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the regulations of the New York Department of State, Division of Licensing Services.
Consent is NOT a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages to obtain our real estate services.
By opting in to receive SMS communications from CODYDACODER LLC, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages, including property updates, market news, and information about our real estate services, sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).
Message frequency varies based on your activity and our promotional schedule. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply to each message you receive or send.

CODYDACODER LLC operates as a licensed real estate firm in the State of New York. Our agents are licensed under New York State law and adhere to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of applicable real estate professional associations.
In any real estate transaction, we may represent buyers, sellers, or both parties as a dual agent, where permitted by law and with the informed written consent of all parties. Clients are encouraged to seek independent legal advice regarding any real estate transaction.
Property information, including but not limited to square footage, lot dimensions, taxes, and amenities, is obtained from public records and seller representations. While we strive for accuracy, we do not independently verify all such information. Buyers are encouraged to conduct thorough due diligence including property inspections, title searches, and independent appraisals.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.
